Main Premise
Winter Lake Academy for the Arts, known for short as "The Academy," suffers a great loss when its long-time headmistress Helen MacLellan discovers online dating and finds her twenty-years-younger soul mate on the other side of the country in a Nevada cattle ranch. After her abrupt departure, the school scrambles to find a new leader. A few years of disastrous interim leaders follow, and then Winter Lake stumbles upon their last hope.
